OEG Acquires Marine Coordination Services
The acquisition expands OEG’s marine and offshore project services capabilities and access to the growing European offshore renewables sector.

OEG Energy Group, a leading offshore solutions business, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Marine Coordination Services (“MCS”) a specialist provider of marine coordination and offshore project services based in the Netherlands for an undisclosed consideration.
MCS is a leading offshore contractor that has established itself as a strategic partner for blue-chip clients within the European offshore energy sector providing a range of specialist marine coordination services. MCS will join the OEG Renewables division, further expanding OEG’s marine coordination capabilities and opening new market opportunities to offer integrated service solutions in the European offshore wind sector building upon MCS’s existing strong industry relationships.

- This is OEG’s 12th acquisition since it began growing its renewables service offering in 2020, demonstrating the ambition to rapidly build a market leading provider of specialist topside, subsea, and marine services to the offshore renewables sector.
